About Us
Our mission is to bring classic car owners and enthusiasts together for a common cause and to have fun. The annual Algoma Shanty Days Car Cruise and Show is where we got our start, bringing cars from near and far together to cruise the parade route prior to the start of the Shanty Days parade for thousands of spectators to see. Since then, we have looked to provide additional opportunities to gather and cruise and help others while doing it, hosting just-for-fun cruises and benefit cruises for local families facing tough times.
Shanty Days Car Cruise and Show
Pull the cover off that show car and load up the family for a day of fun in the sun cruising historic Algoma. Show off your ride as we cruise through the parade route prior to the start of the Shanty Days parade for thousands of spectators to see! Afterwards, park your car along the scenic shores of Lake Michigan just below the Shanty Days grounds and enjoy the day. There are many things to do, such as enjoy the parade, stroll through the arts and crafts, eat some great food, listen to live music on the main stage of the grounds, walk historic downtown Algoma or the beautiful Crescent Beach boardwalk, visit local art galleries, shop Algoma's many storefronts or take a winery tour. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

8:00 am - 11:30 am Registration and line-up at Olson Fabraction 1101 Perry Street
11:30 am Start Cruise from Olson Fabrication
Noon Continue Cruise onto Parade Route, ending up at the Youth Club for Car Show (Just east of Shanty Days grounds)
